TelcoDataCloud and Reliance Communications are some the first Australian partners to join RingCentral’s Certified Delivery Partner program for RingCXTM, its AI-powered contact centre as a service (CCaaS) platform.

Australian partners Productivity and BlueAPACHE are also a part of RingCentral’s CDP program.

The AI-powered communications company CDP program enables qualified partners to manage the complete project lifecycle with their customers for RingCentral solutions, from planning and design through to implementation, application integration and first level support.

Asa Grund, managing director, TelcoDataCloud told CRN Australia that the company chose to join RingCentral’s CDP program as the team has supported hundreds of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and CCaaS rollouts across Australia.

“This partnership formalises our capability to support RingCentral deployments at a high standard,” he said.

“It’s about ensuring our customers get enhanced delivery from a local team who understands the landscape and can guide them through every step of the process."

Goran Jovanovski, general manager, Reliance Communications said having in-house engineers based in Australia, they saw joining the RingCentral CDP program as a “natural next step”.

“It allows us to better support our customers by offering direct access to local expertise and services,” he explained.

Grund at TelcoDataCloud said this partnership will give their customers confidence.

“Many organisations are hesitant about change, as these projects can feel complex and overwhelming,” he said.

“We provide agnostic guidance every step of the way—from selecting the right vendor through to successful implementation. With our team embedded in the CDP program, customers benefit from proven delivery experience, consistent support, and a smoother onboarding journey."

Most partner programs focus on referrals or sales enablement, Grund said this program is delivery-focused.

“What sets it apart is the level of trust and alignment between RingCentral and certified partners like us,” he said.

“We're given direct access to tools, support, and escalation paths that genuinely improve delivery outcomes."

Jovanovski at Reliance Communications noted that this partner program will empower their engineers and customers.

"By providing 24/7 onshore helpdesk support, our customers can speak directly to qualified engineers who truly understand their needs. This delivers a superior support experience and faster resolution times,” he said.

"RingCentral's CDP program empowers our engineers with in-depth knowledge of the RingCentral product, enabling them to provide expert support and seamless installation. It’s a level of hands-on training and access that sets it apart from other programs."

To be eligible for the RingCX CDP program, the company said partners first need to complete the training and enablement requirements as a CDP for RingEX, RingCentral’s core UCaaS platform.

Ben Swanson, regional vice president, partner sales, RingCentral said, “For many customers who work with their value added resellers, system integrators and MSPs across multiple areas of technology, it provides them with continuity in the project teams they work with, and ensures that they have just one contact to reach out to for help.

“For our partners, it enhances the engagement they have with their customers, and increases the opportunity for higher margin service revenue and the level of responsiveness they can provide as part of a more complete set of services.”
